The name Althea is based in the Greek mythology and is also thename of an exotic hibiscus flower that mostly only grows in Northern Crete! You can choose which variation you like. The owners of Althea Village have chosen the exotic hibiscus and have given this name to their hotel!

The hotel is situated on a hill that connects the coast and the mountains. The well known sandy beach of Agii Apostoli is only 800m away from the hotel!

Tasteful self catering studios and two room apartments designed to meet all your expectations decorated in a bright modern style with the same facilities as the Hotel rooms plus a small kitchenette to the side of the living room so that simple meals can be prepared allowing guests more freedom to cater for themselves.

Each apartment has at least one balcony or terrace. From your balcony you can enjoy the wonderful deep blue of the Aegean, and the clean evening air or take a relaxing walk in the perfumed gardens of Althea Village.
